If you are a veteran or war widow holding a DVA Gold or White Card you may be entitled to chiropractic care at Centrepoint Chiropractic Clinic at absolutely no out of pocket cost. We are an approved DVA provider and have been caring for the Caboolture community since 1965.

What does DVA cover for chiropractic?

Gold Card holders are covered for chiropractic care for all clinically necessary conditions — regardless of whether the condition is related to military service. White Card holders are covered for chiropractic care for accepted service-related conditions.

In both cases we bill DVA directly. You pay nothing.

Common conditions DVA patients present with at our clinic include chronic back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint dysfunction, arthritis and headaches. Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) has substantial experience working with older patients and uses a range of techniques suited to different levels of physical tolerance — including the gentle Activator Method and Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) which are particularly well suited to veterans managing chronic or complex conditions.

How do DVA referrals work?

1. Step 1 — See your GP and ask for a DVA referral for chiropractic treatment. The referral form is D904A.
2. Step 2 — Call Judy on 07 5495 1763 to book your appointment at Centrepoint Chiropractic Clinic.
3. Step 3 — Bring your DVA card and referral to your first appointment.
4. Step 4 — We assess your condition and develop a management plan. We bill DVA directly — you pay nothing.

Each referral covers up to 12 chiropractic sessions or one year — whichever ends first. There is no limit on the number of referral cycles your GP can authorise if ongoing care is clinically necessary.

There is no out of pocket cost for eligible DVA cardholders at our clinic.
